All contractual agreements, including invoicing and service delivery, are currently handled exclusively by WhaTalker Inc., a U.S.-based corporation. Regardless of the user's location, all electronic invoices are issued from the United States under U.S. legal and tax frameworks. WhaTalker Inc. remains fully responsible for upholding service commitments and legal compliance.
