WhaTalker offers native WhatsApp CRM as its core service, while the Advanced CRM Module—powered by dedicated instances of multichannel marketing automation—extends functionalities to email, SMS, web forms, push notifications, dynamic segmentation, and AI-based workflows. This architecture ensures customer privacy and system scalability, as each client has their own isolated CRM environment.
By accessing or using WhaTalker, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and agree to comply with the applicable legal requirements of your jurisdiction, including but not limited to U.S. law, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Union, and relevant data protection and e-marketing laws applicable in Latin America.

5.1. All communications must comply with relevant international marketing and data protection laws, including but not limited to: the CAN-SPAM Act (USA), GDPR (EU), and regional legislation in LATAM.
5.2. Unsolicited, abusive, or illegal content may lead to account suspension or termination.
5.3. Users are responsible for implementing opt-in policies, unsubscribe links, and consent tracking mechanisms that meet the compliance requirements of their region.
