WhaTalker: Typebot API Terms

These terms govern the use of the Typebot API within the WhaTalker platform. By accessing or using the API, you agree to comply with our usage policies, technical limitations, and security and privacy standards. This API enables the integration of automated conversational flows with WhatsApp via WhaTalker. Any misuse, abuse, or unauthorized exploitation will result in the immediate suspension of access.

About this Document

Welcome to WhaTalker. This document sets forth the terms and conditions for using our integration with the Typebot API, which powers conversational artificial intelligence capabilities in our chatbot. By leveraging this integration, you enable advanced AI-driven interactions as part of our multichannel CRM platform.

The platform is operated by WhaTalker Inc., a corporation registered in the State of Delaware, United States, and is subject to compliance with applicable legal frameworks including the CAN-SPAM Act (USA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Union, and regional data protection laws in Latin America. Your continued use confirms that you fully accept the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Acceptance of Service

1.1. By utilizing the Typebot API integration within WhaTalker, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as any supplemental policies issued by WhaTalker. If you do not agree, you must not use the integration.

1.2. Creating or using an account for this service signifies your commitment to lawful, ethical, and responsible usage in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

1.3. WhaTalker reserves the right to deny or terminate access to users or accounts that violate these terms or relevant legal provisions in the United States, European Union, or Latin America.

 

2. Access and Use of the API Integration

2.1. Your WhaTalker account grants you access to the Typebot API integration and its associated features. Additional configurations or premium plans may be required to unlock certain functionalities.

2.2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your access credentials. Notify WhaTalker immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

2.3. WhaTalker shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from your failure to safeguard your account, unless due to gross negligence on the part of the platform.

 

3. Third-Party Service Integration

3.1. The Typebot API integration may rely on third-party services to deliver conversational AI capabilities.

3.2. Your use of such third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies, which you must review and accept before activation.

3.3. WhaTalker is not liable for the performance, availability, or security of any third-party service, nor for any disruptions arising from their use.

 

4. Data Handling and Privacy

4.1. All data processed through the Typebot API will be managed according to WhaTalker’s data protection and privacy policies, which align with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and LATAM data standards.

4.2. You are responsible for ensuring that any submitted data complies with applicable data protection and electronic communication laws in your region.

 

API Usage and Account Requirements

5.1. WhaTalker does not enforce specific usage limits on the Typebot API integration. However, an active and properly configured Typebot account is required.

5.2. You are solely responsible for managing your Typebot account, including security, subscription status, and access configurations.

5.3. WhaTalker is not responsible for issues related to Typebot account management, funding, or service disruptions external to the WhaTalker platform.

 

6. Liability and Warranties

6.1. The Typebot API integration is provided “as is” with no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6.2. WhaTalker makes reasonable efforts to ensure service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6.3. WhaTalker shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the integration.

6.4. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the integration complies with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

 

7. Modifications to Terms

7.1. WhaTalker may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

7.2. Any material changes will be communicated via in-app notifications or email. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7.3. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must cease use of the integration and may request deactivation of your account.
